The Master’s programme in Labour Sciences and Human Resources Management (LS-HRM) of the DSPS Department is a one-year postgraduate course aimed to educate human resources, industrial relations and employment experts. Established in 1994, as the European Master in Labour Sciences, in 2015 it has renewed its courses after the merger with the Master in Human Resources Development and Banking and Insurance Companies Management of the DISEI Department. It offers a specialized multidisciplinary training programme, which combines elements of political science, economics and law, and a high-quality internship in one of the partner companies. The students will be prepared to work in public and private organisations, such as international and European enterprises, SMEs, trade unions and public administrations. The Master takes part in the European Master in Labour Studies Network (MEST-EMLS), which comprises 14 first-class European universities, from 12 countries. The students can join the mobility programme, which offers the possibility to attend the second semester courses in one of the partner universities.
